Dark Jedi in the office!

Greetings, blog readers of the aY! If you remember in my last blog, I told you that I created a Dark Jedi costume to wear for Halloween. However, I thought I'd get one more use out of my costume this year by wearing it to the office. This would allow me to gauge the coolness of my costume.

Overall, I received a positive response! Of course, it seems that not everyone knows what a Dark Jedi is... in fact, not everyone even understood that i was from the Star Wars universe. It's OK though. My totally awesome (like myself) lightsaber won the masses over.

As you can tell from these images, I was hard at work analyzing the paper on my desk, drinking coffee* and typing things into my computer! If you notice, I put up a copy of the motivational artwork of "AWESOMENESS" up on my wall. The number one reason i put it up there is not because I am trying to advertise myself. I actually have more depth than that. I put the image up, so that my co-workers can look at that poster and be inspired every day. While others may complain about a bad case of the Monday's, their bosses riding their asses, or just plain old dissatisfaction with their jobs, I am doing my part to inspire them and show them that instead of being sad, be AWESOME! This is part of what makes the aY so Real! So, remember guys: the moral of this post is very simple.

"Just be happy being yourself. Or, try to be more like the aY!"

*If you don't drink coffee, then you are missing out on a huge part of office life. Coffee is a facilitator to conversations with your boss, your boss' boss, and just about everyone around you. Therefore, you should start drinking coffee.**

**If you don't like drinking coffee, then man up! Drink it!
